We read every message that comes in. Whether you have spotted a mistake in a guide, want to ask how the simulators work, or need to raise a copyright or privacy matter, this is the place to reach us.
Email us
This is the only official contact address for SMSPulse. We normally reply within two working days. If your message is about a specific article, please include the page link. For a device question, please tell us whether you are on Android or iPhone.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A menu path that has changed, a setting that no longer exists, a broken link.
- Questions about the simulators. How they work and why nothing is ever sent.
- Privacy requests. Anything covered by our Privacy Policy, including GDPR and CCPA requests.
- Copyright. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, tell us which page and we will act promptly.
- Advertising. General enquiries about advertising on the site.
What we cannot help with
We cannot flood, prank or call any number for you, and we cannot help you target another person. We have no ability to do so because our simulators have no backend and send nothing. Requests of that kind will not receive a reply.
We also cannot access, recover or unblock anyone’s phone, SIM or messaging account. If your number is being flooded right now, start with our guide on how to stop SMS bombing and then contact your mobile operator.
